Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the AbyssPulse software (“the app”) and the subscription that gives access to it. The publisher is TDev Solutions (see the legal notice). By buying a subscription or activating a key, you accept these terms.

2. Purchase and payment

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, the official reseller: Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice and applies your country’s VAT. The sale is made with Paddle under its buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms); these terms govern the use of the app. The price including all taxes is shown before payment.

3. Subscription

The subscription is monthly with no commitment: it renews automatically every month, at the same price, until you cancel it. Any price increase is announced to you by email at least 30 days before it applies; you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from the Cancel my subscription page, from the link in Paddle’s emails or by writing to us at contact@abysspulse.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the app remains usable until then.

5. Withdrawal and refund

You can get a full refund of your first payment, without giving a reason, within the following 14 days: see the Refunds page.

6. Licence

When you buy, you receive a personal key. It gives you the right to use the app for your personal use, on the number of computers included in your plan (one for the Standard subscription), as long as your subscription is active. You can change computers up to three times a month.

The key must not be resold, shared or published. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy the app to distribute it, modify it, bypass its licence system or resell it. The publisher may deactivate a key used in breach of these rules, after informing you.

7. How it works

The app runs on Windows 10 and 11. On your computer, it reads the combat information the game already sends to your PC: it injects nothing into the game, does not read its memory and never acts on your behalf. It needs an internet connection at least once every 72 hours to check your licence.

8. Game changes

AION 2 belongs to another publisher, which can change it at any time. A game update can make a feature of the app temporarily unavailable: we release an update to restore it as soon as possible. If an essential feature stays unavailable for more than 30 days, you can cancel and get a refund of the paid period you have not used.

9. Your commitments

You agree to use the app in compliance with the game’s rules, Discord’s terms and the rights of other players. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish with the app, especially on Discord. See the disclaimers.

10. Liability

The publisher is liable for the proper performance of its obligations and for the legal guarantees. It cannot be held liable for damage caused by use contrary to these terms, by your own fault, by a third party (in particular the game’s publisher, Discord or your internet provider) or by force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

11. Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code): in case of a defect, you can have the app brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or end the subscription with a refund.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change (new feature, change in the law). Any significant change is announced to you by email at least 30 days before it applies; if you refuse it, you can cancel free of charge before that date.

14. Complaints and mediation

Write to us first at contact@abysspulse.com or open a ticket on the AbyssPulse Discord server: we reply within 7 days.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. Disputes fall under the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
