14 days to change your mind

Your first payment is fully refunded, without giving a reason, if you ask within the following 14 days. This period matches your legal right of withdrawal (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code): you don’t have to give it up to use the app right away.

How to ask

• Write to us at contact@abysspulse.com with the email address of your purchase.
• Or open a ticket on the AbyssPulse Discord server.
• Or go through Paddle: the link in your receipt, or paddle.net.

The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method used, usually within 5 to 10 days. Your key is then deactivated.

After 14 days

Months already started are not refunded: cancelling simply stops the next payments (see Cancel my subscription). Still refunded: a defect of the app covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, and an essential feature unavailable for more than 30 days (see the terms, article 8).

Cancel or get a refund

• Cancelling stops the renewals: you keep access until the end of the paid period, with no refund.
• Getting a refund reverses the payment: your key is deactivated immediately.
